Dear Candidate, Greetings !! Position: : Engineering Draughtsman Reporting to Plant Head Experience- 1+ Year Job Location: Pune - Chakan

Qualification: B.E/B-Tech OR Diploma/ITI (Mechanical)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare accurate 2D manufacturing and General Arrangement (GA) drawings using AutoCAD Mechanical.

Prepare detailed part and assembly drawings from 3D CAD models.

Incorporate dimensions, tolerances, materials, welding details, BOMs and manufacturing requirements in drawings.

Prepare customer and manufacturing copies of GA drawings as per project requirements.

Revise drawings based on engineering, customer, production and quality feedback.

Maintain drawing numbers, revisions, BOMs and engineering documentation.

Assist Design Engineers in standardisation of CEES products, components and drawings.

Assist in preparation/modification of P&IDs; and engineering layouts for projects when required.

Coordinate with Design, Production and Quality teams to resolve drawing and manufacturing issues.

Support conversion and improvement of existing drawings and 3D models.

Ensure drawings are accurate, complete and released within the required project schedule.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Good working knowledge of AutoCAD / AutoCAD Mechanical.

Practical exposure to Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks or CATIA.

Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, sections, dimensions and assembly details.





Basic knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication and welding processes.

Understanding of engineering drawing standards and GD&T; will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Experience in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, industrial equipment, process equipment, fabrication or mechanical manufacturing will be preferred.

Fresh Diploma / ITI / B.E. candidates with strong CAD skills and a valuable learning attitude may also be considered.
