Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Daman

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily machine output and identify causes of low productivity
- Implement methods/process improvements to increase output and efficiency
- Maintain hands-on floor knowledge of machine operations (injection/blow moulding for HDPE/PPCP)
- Supervise machine operators and floor workers, ensuring adherence to production plans
- Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production runs
- Track wastage/rejection rates and work on reduction strategies
- Maintain production logs, shift reports, and output records
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on the shop floor
- Coordinate with Planning and Quality teams for smooth production flow.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
