Position : EA to MD

Exp : 5 - 7 years

Job Location : Chhani - Vadodara

Salary Budget : 5.00 to 6.00 LPA

Role Summary

The Technical Assistant will work closely with the Managing Director to support technical coordination, project tracking, and execution follow-ups.

The role combines technical understanding with leadership support, similar to an EA but with robust operational and technical ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Support MD in technical planning, reviews, and execution follow-ups

- Coordinate with engineering, production, safety, and site teams

- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and dashboards

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for technical matters

- Support MD during site visits, audits, and technical meetings

Education & Experience

- Graduate / Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Safety / Industrial preferred)

- 5–7 years experience in technical coordination, operations, or project support

- Manufacturing / industrial safety experience preferred
