Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor the progress of the project and report on site activities.
- Ensure that the construction site is safe, clean, and organized.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or defects in construction.
- Ensure that materials and workmanship meet the required quality and safety standards.
- Technical Support:




- Interpret and review plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to in office challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of work schedules and resource planning.
- Coordinate with the design team to resolve any discrepancies between plans and site conditions.
- Project Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, designers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Budget and Time Management:
- Monitor project costs and ensure that work is carried out
