Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Time : 9:00 am to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, compliance, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.

Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection, and offer letters.

Complete employee joining formalities and onboarding processes.

Maintain accurate employee documentation and personnel files.

HR Operations

-
Maintain and regularly update employee records in the HRIS.

Manage attendance, leave, late coming, and employee movement records.

Prepare HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, etc.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, salary, and documentation.

Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for monthly payroll processing.

Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.

Assist in PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Maintain proper records and documentation for statutory requirements.

HR MIS & Reporting

Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports related to headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition, leave, and payroll.

Provide timely HR reports and data to management.

Track employee joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

Employee Engagement & Support

Support employee grievance handling and resolve routin
