Job Purpose
To learn and perform sewing operations as per production requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and operate industrial sewing machines under supervision.
- Perform basic sewing operations as per work instructions.
- Maintain required production quality and efficiency.
- Follow machine safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Identify basic stitching and quality defects and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
- Support the sewing team in achieving daily production targets.
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 8th / 10th / 12th qualification.
- Freshers can apply; sewing experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge or interest in garment sewing.
- Valuable hand-eye coordination and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
