About the department:
The Portfolio Administration team delivers operational support for institutional, sub-advised, high-net-worth separate accounts, and retail products managed by Franklin Templeton. The team resolves operational issues, provides accounting and reporting services, and delivers accurate account information to internal and external partners. By working closely with stakeholders across the business,



the team helps ensure productive operations and a high-quality client experience.
How you will add value?
Own assigned institutional separate account portfolios and retail products on behalf of Franklin Templeton Services (FTS).
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve queries, tracking issues to completion in collaboration with key global groups and stakeholders.
Support the NBS and Events teams on CS-related matters, including onboarding, restructuring, transition activities, and custodian-change meetings.
Develop solutions and assist in the design of complex or customized reports and procedures as requested.
Develop and maintain strong operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality, seamless client service to internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, institutional clients, Portfolio Management, Trading, and Performance teams.
