Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, track and optimise paid campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve conversions and maximise return on advertising spend. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, commercially focused and comfortable taking complete ownership of campaign performance—from strategy and audience selection to tracking, reporting and continuous optimisation. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube and remarketing campaigns. Develop Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, conversions, remarketing and brand awareness. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis. Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends based on performance and business priorities. Continuously optimise targeting, bidding,



placements, creatives and landing pages. Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversion API. Build retargeting, lookalike and custom audience strategies. Work with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy. Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages. Monitor lead quality and work closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates. Prepare transparent weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations. Stay updated on platform changes, advertising policies and emerging performance-marketing practices. Required Skills and Experience5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns. Demonstrated success in improving ROAS and reducing CPL, CPA or customer-acquisition costs. Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag
