What You'll Do• Drive business development and revenue growth for interior & construction projects• Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, referrals, networking,



cold calling and B2 B channels• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure• Acquire new domestic and international clients• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and site visits• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and execution teams• Present BOQs, quotations, drawings, material specifications and project scopes• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, timelines and payment milestones• Maintain CRM records and sales reports• Achieve assigned sales, collection and revenue targets What We're Looking For✅ 2–5 years of experience in Interior / Construction / Architecture / Real Estate / B2 B Sales✅ Strong client acquisition and closing skills✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills✅ Good understanding of interior & construction materials and execution processes✅ Ability to understand BOQs, drawings, quotations and project scopes✅ Experience in B2 B/corporate sales and lead generation✅ International client handling experience
