We're Hiring: Customer Service Associate Prior customer service experience MANDATORY HSR Layout, Bangalore Join a rapid-growing Ed Tech company teaching kids coding and AI, with a strong global student base and backing from top investors. What you'll do:• Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution• Schedule and manage student classes• Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming back What we're looking for:• Prior customer service experience• Strong English communication• Bachelor's degree• Available to work from office (in-person role)Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
