Job Description: CRM Sales Manager

CTC: ₹4-6 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management:
n
- Handle incoming leads and calls from potential customers and clients.
n
- Engage with ecommerce and project leads to understand their requirements.
n
- Convert leads into successful sales, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
n
- Customer & Client Support:
n
- Provide exceptional customer and client support for ecommerce and project-related inquiries.
n
- Manage and resolve client complaints and after-sales service issues promptly and effectively.
n
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
n
- Reporting & Analysis:
n
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, analyze sales data, and track performance metrics.
n
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
n

Required Skills:

- Industry Experience:
n
- Must have prior experience in Interiors & Furniture industry.
n
- Technical Skills:
n




- Proficiency in advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
n
- Basic knowledge of seller panels on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
n
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Freshdesk, MyOperator, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
n
- Communication:
n
- Excellent spoken and written English, with robust email writing skills.
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, handle client complaints, and provide after-sales support.
n
- Customer Relationship Management:
n
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to manage relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
n
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within furniture industry only.
n
