Job Description Role Description This is a full-time Motion Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility.
n The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for brand campaigns, social media, and digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual stories, designing and animating assets, editing video content, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring brand narratives to life, along with some branding work.
n The person in this role will either adapt existing brand guidelines into dynamic motion content or create new brand identities and ensure all deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.
n Qualifications
n n Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
n Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.




n Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for brand assets and layouts.
n Ability to use industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
n Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, colour, and composition.
n Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
n Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
n Relevant education or training in design, animation, media arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
n Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and branding work for brand or agency projects.
n n You should be someone good at graphic design and animation!
