Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Specialist will engage with existing and prospective customers, conduct product presentations, and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery. The role involves handling customer queries, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services,



and preparing basic sales reports and updates for management. The Sales Specialist may also support training activities for new team members on products, services, and sales processes.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and skill development of team members.
- Prior experience in printing, outsourcing, or related service industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and manage field visits as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, email) and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
