Banking Operations Associate Manager – Commercial Banking

Shift: Predominantly Night Shift

Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Banking Operations skilled to

n

manage end-to-end Commercial Lending and Loan Servicing operations, lead large

n

teams, and drive operational excellence.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Manage commercial lending operations including loan booking, drawdowns,

n

disbursements, repayments, rollovers, rate fixings, fees, and payoffs.

n

• Oversee ACH/Wire processing, reconciliation, collateral, escrow, UCC, and

n

loan servicing activities.

n

• Lead a team of approximately 100 FTEs, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, and

n

compliance.

n

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Back Office,

n





Agent Banks, Borrowers, and other parties.

n

• Drive process improvements, automation, risk controls, and operational

n

efficiency.

n

• Mentor teams and ensure effective governance and performance management.

n

Requirements

n

• 10–14 years of Commercial Banking/Loan Operations experience.

n

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Credit Services, Loan

n

Documentation & Servicing.

n

• Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and analytical

n

skills.

n

• Experience with nCino/ACBS is preferred.

n

• Willingness to work night shifts and support business-critical requirements.

n
