Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager- Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in account reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and vendor management within the eCommerce industry (mandatory). This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Handle client and vendor account reconciliation on a regular basis.
n
- Manage vendor invoice booking, verification, and posting in accounting systems.
n
- Oversee payments and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursal.
n




- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure up-to-date financial records.
n
- Perform TDS & GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
n
- Assist in GST return filing and coordinate with auditors for statutory submissions.
n
- Monitor financial transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
n
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
n
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation or invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

n

n
- BCom degree (mandatory); additional certifications like MCom or CA Inter preferred.
n
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the eCommerce or logistics industry.
n
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
n
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
n
