Job Description Job Overview:
n We are looking for a proactive and organized Coordinator to work directly with the Founder. This role is a mix of HR coordination, client servicing, and Founder's office management. You will be the bridge between our clients and candidates and will be responsible for smooth interview scheduling, follow-ups, and daily office administration.
n Key Responsibilities:
n 1. Interview & Recruitment Coordination
n Scheduling and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
n Screening and vetting CVs as per client requirements
n Maintaining candidate database, trackers, and daily follow-up sheets
n Ensuring timely interview confirmations and candidate coordination
n 2. Client Coordination
n Regular follow-up with clients for interview feedback and requirements
n Professional email and phone communication with clients
n Maintaining strong client relationships
n Accompanying Founder to client offices / sites for meetings when required
n 3. Founder's Office & HR Admin
n Managing Founder's calendar, meetings,



and daily schedule
n Handling day-to-day HR and office admin work
n Preparing reports and trackers on Excel / Google Sheets
n Other administrative tasks as assigned
n Candidate Requirements:
n Experience: 5+ years in HR Coordination / Administration / Client Servicing / Executive Assistant role
n Must be well-versed with computers - MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Google Sheets, Zoom etc.
n Good communication skills in English & Hindi
n Presentable, mature, punctual, and responsible
n Comfortable with in-office work and client site visits
n Job Details:
n Location: In-Office, Andheri East, Mumbai (with client site visits as required)
n Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
n Working Days: Monday to Saturday
n Employment Type: Full time
