About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and creative Video Editor to join our growing kids' content team in Bengaluru. If you have a knack for crafting engaging, high-quality videos that captivate young audiences through compelling storytelling, this role is made for you

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and the BabyBillion app.
n
- Assemble raw footage into compelling, polished videos with seamless transitions
n
- Add motion graphics, text animations, visual effects, and sound design where required.
n
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio balancing to ensure professional-quality output.
n
- Maintain consistency in brand style, pacing, and storytelling across all content.
n
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries
n
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining exceptional quality.
n
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and creative tools.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
n
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
n
- Experience with motion graphics, basic visual effects, and color correction.




n
- Positive understanding of audio editing and synchronization.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
n
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
n
- Experience editing content for YouTube or digital platforms is a plus

Please Note: Candidates who successfully clear the interview process will be required to complete a 2-day unpaid trial period to assess their video editing skills, storytelling ability, creativity, proficiency with industry-standard editing software, attention to detail, and overall fit for the role.
