Lead digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
Prepare business cases, product notes, policy changes, and approval documents.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Track industry developments and recommend creative solutions to strengthen market competitiveness.
Support product launches, training programs, and communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
