Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have completed CA and possess 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and supporting the accounting needs of our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts for assigned clients.
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Prepare financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Review financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Support audit and tax-related activities by providing accurate financial information.
- Adhere to quality standards and turnaround timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Freshers, with exceptional skills can apply too

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Working knowledge of US accounting processes will be an advantage.
- Experience with accunting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Bo
