Role DescriptionThe Senior International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and managing international B2B sales, with a strong focus on the European Union and North American markets.
This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and requires a strong,



hands-on sales professional who can personally generate new B2B business, acquire international clients, manage negotiations, follow-ups and close deals, while simultaneously leading and developing the sales team.
The Senior International Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, identify current business opportunities, expand key accounts and build strong relationships with international clients, distributors and business partners.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving individual sales and revenue targets as well as overall team targets. A key part of the position will also involve training, mentoring and guiding junior sales executives in prospecting, client communication, follow-ups, negotiation and deal closing.
