nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to establish, lead, and scale our sales operations in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, driving admissions and revenue growth, achieving regional targets, and ensuring operational excellence.
nKey Responsibilities:
nBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
n● Drive admissions, enrollments, and revenue generation for the Coimbatore region.




n● Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
n● Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives. Build solid relationships with prospective candidates and stakeholders.
nTeam Building & Leadership
n● Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Business Development team.
n● Establish and scale the regional sales team in line with business requirements.
n● Set individual and team KPIs, sales targets, and performance benchmarks. Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.
n● Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
nSales Management
n● Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
n● Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
