nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and audience engagement across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that amplify our mission, increase visibility,



and drive supporter engagement online. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the world sees and supports our work.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
n● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the NGO's communications and fundraising goals.
n● Manage and grow presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
n● Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
n2. Content Creation & Storytelling
n● Create engaging content including graphics, short videos, carousels, reels, stories, and written posts that reflect our brand and mission.
n● Collaborate with field teams to collect real stories, photos, and videos from project sites.
n● Design campaigns for key events, awareness days, and fundraising appeals.
