Anixon Consulting is looking for a Sales Lead | CRM & Skilled Services who can own and grow our CRM implementation and consulting business.

This is not a software licence-selling role .

We are looking for someone who understands how to sell CRM implementation, consulting, automation, and professional services engagements by first understanding a customer's business, sales processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.

You may come from the Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, ERP, Business Applications, Digital Transformation, or IT Consulting ecosystem . What matters most is your ability to sell solutions and implementation engagements and not just products.

You will initially operate as a hands-on individual contributor , owning opportunities from qualification through closure. As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the sales function .

You will own:
- New business development and revenue generation
- Qualification of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Discovery and exploration conversations with prospects




- Understanding business and sales-process requirements
- Working with Business Analysts and Solution Consultants to develop the right solution
- Creating and presenting commercial proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Managing objections, negotiations and commercial discussions
- Closing CRM implementation and consulting engagements
- Maintaining a disciplined CRM pipeline and revenue forecast
- Developing relationships with founders, CXOs, Sales Heads and other decision-makers
- Creating new-logo opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and partnerships
- Ensuring a structured handover from Sales to the Delivery team

We would particularly like to speak with candidates who have:
- 5+ years of B2B technology / IT services sales experience
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, business applications, digital transformation, implementation, consulting or professional services
- Personally managed a
