Job Title: Sales Manager – Area Sales
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
CTC: Up to ₹3.45 LPA + Incentives

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager – Area Sales to lead business development and sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned area.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market surveys.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation Mandatory.
Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Local candidates from Ranchi will be preferred.
