Banquet Sales Executive – Qutab Golf Course Location: New Delhi

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Banquet Sales Executive to join our team at Qutab Golf Course .
The primary responsibility of this role is to handle banquet enquiries and calls, conduct professional venue show-arounds, understand client requirements, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed banquet bookings .
The candidate will work closely with and report to the Banquet Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Handle incoming banquet enquiries, calls, WhatsApp enquiries and leads professionally and promptly.
Understand client requirements for Golf Events, social functions, corporate events, conferences, parties and other celebrations .
Conduct venue show-arounds of Qutab Golf Course , explaining the facilities, spaces, packages, menus and event possibilities.
Coordinate with the Banquet Sales Manager for pricing, negotiations, special offers and closing of high-value enquiries .
Assist in negotiating and finalising commercial terms within the approved guidelines.
Coordinate with Operations, F&B;,



Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets .
Identify opportunities for upselling menus, beverages, décor, additional services and other event requirements .
Maintain skilled communication and ensure an excellent client experience throughout the sales process.
Participate in sales calls, client meetings and promotional activities as required.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities .
Good understanding of banquet/event sales and hospitality operations .
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp and basic CRM/lead management tools .
Experience 1–4 years of experience in banquet sales, hotel sales, event sales, catering sales or hospitality sales.
Candidates with experience in banquet venues, hotels, clubs, golf courses, luxury restaurants or event companies will be preferred.
