We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer who can transform design concepts into realistic and visually appealing presentations.
n Job Summary
n We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. You will work closely with interior designers to create high-quality 3D views that help clients visualize their dream spaces.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Create realistic 3D interior models and high-quality renders.
n Prepare interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
n Develop detailed 3D walkthroughs and presentation views.
n Interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into 3D models.
n Apply materials, textures, lighting, and furniture accurately.




n Coordinate with the Interior Design team to understand project requirements.
n Revise designs based on client and management feedback.
n Ensure timely delivery of project visualizations.
n n Requirements
n n 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (Interior Design preferred).
n Proficiency in SketchUp.
n Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.
n Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
n Positive understanding of materials, lighting, colors, and interior design principles.
n Strong attention to detail and creativity.
n Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
n Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Experience in residential interior projects.
n Knowledge of Photoshop for post-render editing.
n Basic understanding of BOQs and interior materials is an advantage.
