About the Role:

CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative / Fashion Consultant to join our retail team at Downtown Market, Ludhiana.

n

n

The ideal candidate should have prior experience with an apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brand and a strong passion for customer service and retail sales.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

Assist customers in selecting the right sportswear/apparel based on their needs and preferences.

n

Deliver an excellent in-store customer experience.

n

Drive sales and achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

n

Explain product features, fits, sizes, fabrics, and benefits to customers.

n

Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.

n

Assist with stock management, inventory checks,



and product replenishment.

n

Handle billing and other basic store operations when required.

n

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

n

Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth daily store operations.

n

n

What We’re Looking For:

n

n

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.

n

Experience with apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

n

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

n

Positive understanding of apparel/sportswear products, sizing, and customer preferences.

n

Sales-oriented, energetic, well-presented, and confident personality.

n

Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

n

Compensation
