About the Role:

Orpheus Technologies, a Zoho Authorized Partner in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to join our growing technical team.

This is a fully remote position for someone with strong hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Books.

You will work on real-world Zoho implementation and customization projects for clients across different industries, developing applications, automations, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM based on client business processes
- Work with Zoho Books, Inventory, People, Projects, Desk, Recruit, Analytics, Flow, and other Zoho applications
- Develop complex workflows and business logic using Deluge
- Build custom functions, schedules, workflows, buttons, validations, and automation
- Create and manage Zoho CRM Blueprints, workflows, approval processes, custom modules, layouts, and related lists
- Develop custom applications, forms, reports, pages, and workflows in Zoho Creator
- Integrate Zoho applications with each other
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and other integration methods
- Work with Zoho Books APIs for finance-related automation and integrations
- Configure integrations between CRM, Books, Creator, Inventory, Projects, People and other Zoho applications
- Troubleshoot existing Zoho implementations and identify technical issues
- Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Participate in requirement discussions and solution-design sessions
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain proper development standards




- Support UAT, deployment, bug fixing, and post-go-live activities
- Work independently on assigned projects and deliver within agreed timelines

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience with Zoho Creator
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM
- Good working knowledge of Zoho Books
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting
- Experience with Zoho APIs
- Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks
- Understanding of OAuth authentication
- Good understanding of JSON and API request/response structures
- Experience integrating multiple Zoho applications
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into Zoho solutions
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
