We are seeking a highly motivated Yardi System Administrator / Support Specialist to support Yardi system implementations, entity setup, chart of accounts configuration, data migration, and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and property management knowledge, hands-on ERP implementation experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Experience with other ERPs will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support

- Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager and related applications supporting commercial real estate operations.
- Configure and manage system settings, workflows, charge codes, property structures, approval hierarchies, and operational controls.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for application issues and end-user inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance, security, data, and functional issues.
- Coordinate with Yardi support and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor system health and recommend improvements to maximize system performance and user adoption.

Issue Resolution & Delivery

- Investigate and resolve application, configuration, and data-related issues.
- Track and manage open items arising from implementation and post-go-live activities.
- Work closely with accounting, operations, and technology teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Document issues, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and automation.

Security & User Administration

- Administer user access, security roles, permissions, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning activities.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and security audits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation related to system access and administration.

Integrations & Data Management

- Support integrations between Yardi and third-party applications.
- Coordinate ETL processes, interface monitoring, and data validation activities.
- Maintain data governance standards for properties, tenants, vendors, leases, chart of accounts, and other master data.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across connected systems.

Training & Documentation

- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, training materials, and process guides.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support organizational change management initiatives related to current functionality and enhancements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for commercial property management processes and Yardi capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience

- 5+ years of Yardi administration and/or implementation experience.




- 3+ years supporting commercial real estate operations.
- Proven experience leading Yardi implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
- Experience working with accounting, lease administration, and property management teams.
- Experience with commercial office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, or investment management portfolios.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Yardi Voyager.
- Experience with Yardi Commercial Management.
- Knowledge of Yardi security architecture and user administration.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Yardi reporting tools, SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, ETL processes, and data management concepts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Yardi Certified Consultant or Yardi Voyager certification.
- Experience with Yardi Elevate products.
- Experience with Construction Manager, Procurement, Investment Accounting, or Budgeting modules.
- Experience supporting multi-entity and multi-currency real estate environments.
- Experience with implementation methodologies and project management frameworks.
