Key Responsibilities:

- Integration Requirements & Definition:Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to investigate, clarify, and finalize business and technical requirements for the Workday solution integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and priorities

- Solution Design:Design and architect Workday integration solutions that effectively meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with other client HR technology systems

- Integration Development:Develop integrations using vendor-provided Workday integration tools and platforms to connect Workday with external HR systems and applications

- Client Collaboration:Conduct workshops and sessions with client teams to verify integration requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations

- Application Testing:Assist clients and internal teams in testing Workday solutions and related integrations, based on defined scenarios, to ensure quality and functionality before production deployment

- Production Support:Provide post-deployment support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain smooth operation of the Workday environment

- Production Rollout:Assist with the rollout and deployment of the Workday solution and integrations into the production environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes

- Issue Resolution & Escalation:Identify, manage,



and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and maintain stakeholder confidence

- Stakeholder Communication & Management:Interact effectively with mid and senior-level management, communicating project status, risks, and plans clearly

- Develop and manage communication plans to improve collaboration among stakeholders

- Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with global information systems teams to leverage synergies and support global HR technology initiatives

- Mandatory Skills:Proven experience with Workday integration tools and platforms

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and related HR systems

- Experience in gathering and analyzing business and technical integration requirements

- Ability to design and develop complex Workday integrations

- Strong testing and production support experience in Workday environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in a team-oriented, cross-functional team environment

- Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Workday Integration or related Workday modules

- Experience with global HRIS environments and multi-geography deployments

- Knowledge of project management or Agile delivery methodologies
