About The Role
- Experience: 5+ years in Workbrain/Kronos or Workforce Management systems
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system enhancements
- Strong experience in Workbrain/Kronos, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll integrations
- Handle requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment support
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, vendors, and global technical teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
