: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Work From Home Customer Support Chat Process. The role involves assisting customers through chat, resolving queries effectively, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Must own a personal laptop and have a secure internet connection.
Technical/System Requirements:
- System: Core i5, 8th Gen or above, with minimum 8GB RAM.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or above.
- Camera: Mandatory.
- Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps (uploading & downloading).
- Headset: Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation (Suggested brand: Big Passport available online at reasonable prices).
- UPS: Mandatory, with minimum 2 hours backup.
- EDR Installation: Mandatory.
