? Hiring: WMS Platform Assessment SME – Manhattan / Blue Yonder

We are looking for an experienced WMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) with solid expertise in Manhattan and/or Blue Yonder WMS to support a large-scale Warehouse Management Platform Assessment .

The role will focus on assessing the current WMS landscape, identifying gaps, defining future-state recommendations, and supporting implementation planning and cost estimation.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assess current WMS platform capabilities, configurations, customizations, integrations, reporting, and operational processes.
- Provide expertise on Manhattan WMS, Manhattan Active WM, WMOS, Blue Yonder WMS , or related warehouse platforms.
- Review warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, replenishment, returns, and shipping processes.
- Assess integration landscapes across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS, WES, LMS, MHE, BI, and data platforms .
- Evaluate data, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, data quality, and analytics requirements.
- Review automation and device integration requirements, including RF devices, scanners, printers, conveyors, sorters, robotics, RFID, IoT devices, WCS/WES systems .
- Identify functional, technical, integration, data, reporting, and automation gaps .
- Support future-state roadmap, solution recommendations, implementation approach, and rollout planning.
- Develop ROM estimates, staffing plans, workstream effort estimates, timelines, assumptions, risks, and cost drivers .
- Facilitate workshops with business, operations, IT, architecture, data, integration,



and automation stakeholders .

? Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in WMS consulting, implementation, assessment, or supply chain technology programs.
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan and/or Blue Yonder WMS .
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution center processes .
- Experience in WMS platform assessments, fit-gap analysis, solution design, or implementation planning .
- Experience with WMS integrations, data flows, reporting, automation, and device connectivity .
- Ability to estimate WMS implementation costs, effort, timelines, resources, and delivery complexity .
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills .

? Preferred Experience
- Experience with high-volume, multi-site, or complex distribution environments .
- Experience with ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS, WES, LMS, MHE, BI, and cloud/data platforms .
- Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, RF, scanners, printers, RFID, conveyors, and IoT-enabled devices .
- Experience preparing implementation roadmaps, business case inputs, and executive assessment recommendations .
- Background in healthcare, pharma, retail, wholesale, or regulated distribution environments is a plus.
