Key Responsibilities:

- Integration Requirements & Definition:

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to investigate, clarify, and finalize business and technical requirements for Workday solution integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and priorities

- Solution Design:

- Design and architect Workday integration solutions tailored to meet business requirements, leveraging hands-on experience with Workday Studio integrations and Workday Studio Software Development Kit (SSK)

- Integration Development:

- Develop and implement integrations using vendor-provided Workday integration tools, connecting Workday with client HR technology ecosystems seamlessly

- Client Collaboration:

- Conduct workshops and sessions with client teams to validate integration requirements, communicate progress, and ensure deliverables align with expectations

- Application Testing:

- Support clients and internal teams during testing phases, executing test scenarios developed by the implementation team to ensure solution quality and functionality

- Production Support:

- Provide post-deployment support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain smooth and stable Workday operations

- Production Rollout:

- Assist in the deployment of Workday solutions and integrations into production environments, ensuring minimal disruption and addressing stakeholder needs promptly

- Issue Resolution & Escalation:

- Identify and manage issues proactively, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder confidence





- Stakeholder Communication & Management:

- Communicate effectively with mid and senior-level management, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and future plans

- Develop and manage communication plans to enhance collaboration among stakeholders

- Strategic Collaboration:

- Work closely with global information systems teams to leverage synergies, support global HR technology initiatives, and ensure integration alignment across geographies

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio integrations and Workday Studio SDK (SSK)

- Proven expertise with Workday integration tools and platforms

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and related HR systems

- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and finalizing business and technical integration requirements

- Ability to design, develop, and implement complex Workday integrations

- Strong testing and production support experience in Workday environments

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

- Experience working effectively with mid and senior management

- Ability to work with global teams and in multi-geography environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Workday Integration or related Workday modules

- Experience with global HRIS environments and multi-geography deployments

- Knowledge of project management frameworks or Agile delivery methodologies

- Prior experience in client-facing roles with robust consulting skills
