We're Hiring – Business Development Executive (Cold Calling & Sales) Company: Cloudnausor Technologies Pvt Ltd Position: Business Development Executive Location: Remote / Work From Home Employment: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate sales leads. Promote BESTKAAM's AI-powered recruitment & job portal solutions to companies and HR professionals. Identify prospects, understand their recruitment requirements, and present suitable solutions.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email . Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team for closures. Maintain daily call, lead and follow-up records in the CRM/data sheet.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets . Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.

Required Skills Excellent cold calling and communication skills . Strong convincing,



negotiation and sales abilities. Good spoken English ; Tamil/Hindi will be an advantage.

Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telecalling, recruitment sales or SaaS sales is preferred. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
