About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer with a strong understanding of SEO best practices to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be to develop informative articles, blog posts, landing pages, and other content that resonates with prospective students exploring study abroad options.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and subject matter expert teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance, while also analyzing performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategies. This position offers an exciting chance to contribute to a leading education consultancy and make a meaningful impact on students' international education journeys.





Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing, especially within the education or travel sectors, is preferred. A robust understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques is essential.

Excellent research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content are required. Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

Research, write, and edit SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and landing pages around study abroad topics (university guides, visa processes, test prep, scholarships, etc.)

- Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, keyword density)
- Collaborate with the SEO/marketing team to align content with search intent and ranking goals
- Track content performance using tools like Google Search Console,



Google Analytics, and SEMrush/Ahrefs, and iterate based on data
- Write compelling website copy, email newsletters, and social media captions as needed
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats for social/email
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and evolving SEO best practices
- Ensure all content is plagiarism-free, well-researched, and factually accurate
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (counselors) to ensure content accuracy on study abroad topics
