Internship CompensationThis is a Non-Paid Internship opportunity. The internship is primarily intended to provide practical, hands-on experience, exposure to real-world projects, and an opportunity to work closely with the team.

The intern will gain practical experience, mentorship, and an understanding of professional workflows while contributing to ongoing projects. No stipend or monetary compensation will be provided during the internship period.

Role OverviewVynexa is looking for a explicit, research-driven, and deadline-oriented Content Writer who can create high-quality content across blogs, social media, and email.

The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex ideas in simple, plain English, conduct thorough research, and adapt one core idea into multiple content formats.

What You'll Do

- Draft long-form blog guides of 1,200–2,000 words from detailed content briefs.
- Deliver approximately two blogs per week according to a fixed publishing calendar, with content submitted at least 48 hours before publication.
- Write and edit social media captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Adapt content for X and ensure posts fit within the 280-character limit without losing the key message or hook.
- Draft email sequences including:
- Welcome emails
- Demo follow-ups
- No-show recovery emails
- Newsletters
- Conduct thorough research for every piece of content.
- Ensure statistics, facts, and claims are properly sourced and verifiable.
- Apply the on-page SEO checklist to every blog, including:
- Keyword placement
- Meta descriptions
- URL slugs
- Headings
- Internal links
- Repurpose content across different formats—for example,



turning a blog into a carousel outline, social caption, or newsletter section.
- Work closely with the marketing/content team to incorporate feedback and improve content quality.

Must Have

- Strong writing samples demonstrating the ability to explain ideas clearly and effectively. Samples can include blogs, newsletters, articles, school/college papers, or other relevant work.
- Strong plain-English writing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts without making the content inaccurate or boring.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently without requiring constant follow-up.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, structure, and readability.
- Ability to adapt writing style according to the platform and target audience.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with SaaS, sales, technology, or small-business topics.
- Basic understanding of SEO, including keywords, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Experience writing for social media platforms with character or format limitations.
- Familiarity with email marketing and content repurposing.
