Requirements

- The Output: Edit a combined total of 5-7 minutes of daily video content across all three brands.
- The Process: Execute video edits precisely as instructed by our AI-generated scripts and visual cue sheets.
- The Commitment: Give a minimum of 8 dedicated hours per day.
- The Mindset: Work with extreme ownership. We want zero rendering errors, fast-paced modern editing, and a genuine passion for audience retention.

? Transparent Salary & Growth Roadmap We believe in rewarding loyalty and dedication.



Your compensation scales directly with your time and effort:
- Months 1 to 3: ₹10,000 to 12000/ month
- Months 4 to 6: ₹15,000 / month
- Months 7 onwards: ₹20,000 / month (subject to performance and dedication)
- Yearly Appraisals: Expect a guaranteed 10%-20% salary increase every 12 months after your first 6 months.
- ? The Equity Bonus: For candidates who show pure dedication and an elite work ethic, there is a real opportunity to gain 1% equity in any one of our three brands.
