We are looking for a Store Management Executive with a mechanical background to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material movement, and documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, storage, issue, and movement of raw materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Maintenance, and Accounts departments for material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and other store-related documents.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, storage, and preservation of materials.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise requirements when necessary.




- Handle mechanical spare parts, tools, bearings, electrical items, and maintenance consumables.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Support stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Required Skills

- Mechanical background with 3–5 years of experience in stores/inventory management.
- Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Working knowledge of ERP/Tally/MS Excel.
- Solid inventory control and documentation skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stock accurately and work independently.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
