Location: Multiple Locations Across Assam(Guwahati,Dibrugarh,Jorhat,Nagaon,Silchar,Hojai)

Designation: Field Sales Executive

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Fixed Salary: 16,000 – 25,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time

Work Mode: Work from Office

Age Criteria: 22 – 35 Years

Preferred: Candidates with Sales Experience

Key Requirements

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Good relationship-building and sales skills

Local candidates preferred for better market understanding

Immediate joiners will be given preference

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence





Candidates should provide current/previous organization payslips and experience letters (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell credit card products through a consultative and customer-centric approach
- Engage with potential customers and explain product benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and business opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and conversion
- Generate leads through open-market activities and direct customer interaction
- Candidates will be deployed at shopping malls, petrol pumps, retail outlets, and other high-footfall market locations for customer acquisition activities
