Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Auto renewable contract based on performance -

- End to End Month Close and reporting (Sales Reporting and Reconciliation including all JV's, Month end Provisions for expenses and including all reserves)
- Monthly performance monitoring and variance analysis.
- Accounts Receivables, Credit Note (Work with the commercial team to ensure timely credit release, track monthly collections from distributors and direct customers, resolve, verify and approve any CN claims, work towards reduction of PDD,
- Fixed Asset (Diagnostic Service Equipment) Tracking, Reporting and Reconciliation with Financials
- Inventory MIS preparation and Variance Analysis
- Audits/support ongoing Tax litigation matters- Coordination with Tax/CFS
- Work closely with Direct/Indirect tax team to ensure compliance with Statutory requirements

Key Result Area





- Handling and closing entire month-end accounting activities as per timelines given by the APAC team.
- Analysis of Divisional Margin and Gross Margin with projected Plan and latest business estimate (LBE) and submitting commentaries for major variances.
- Compiling & analyzing MIS on debtors, creditors, expense sheet & analysis of profitability position of the organization.
- Reconciliation of sales on monthly basis and submitting to the management of India and Singapore area team on timely basis along with the justification for major sales variances.
- Preparation of RAP tracker for instruments placed at customer sites and calculating future revenue forecast.
- Assisting in the preparation of the plan forecast and conducting variance analysis for the division.
- Reviewing RAP agreements and statement of works (SOW) to ensure T&Cs; are in line with standard position to protect the division interest.
- Validation of credit notes as per T&Cs; mentioned in RAP agreements and helping business in raising debit notes for excess margin claimed by distributors.
- Collaborating with senior folks across various teams including the technical team to automate monthly reports circulated to the business heads.
- Taking actions on the basis of audit recommendations to improve the shortcomings & processes.
