Role Description The Faculty Position at IPEC is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. Faculty members will design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in their respective engineering disciplines, aligned with the curriculum of Dr. A.P.J.

Abdul Kalam Technical

University.

Responsibilities include preparing course materials, assessing student performance,



supervising projects, and mentoring learners for academic and professional growth. Faculty will participate in research activities, contribute to curriculum development, and support departmental and institutional initiatives. Additional duties may involve organizing guest lectures, coordinating industrial visits, engaging in academic administration, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain IPEC’s standards of excellence in technical education.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master’s degree (M.Tech.) or Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in an engineering discipline aligned with IPEC’s programs.
- Strong teaching, curriculum planning, and student mentoring abilities, with demonstrated experience in classroom and laboratory instruction.
- Research aptitude, including involvement in scholarly projects, publications, or industry-oriented research in emerging technologies and business processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary academic teams.
- Familiarity with outcome-based education, academic assessment methods, and use of educational technologies or learning management systems.
- Industry exposure, professional certifications, or prior experience in technical institutes or universities will be considered an advantage.
