n We are looking for a CRM & Digital Operations Executive to manage CRM activities, digital marketing coordination, webinar operations, documentation, and basic L1 IT support.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage CRM data, updates, reports, and basic troubleshooting.
n Handle WhatsApp Web/Marketing and Email Marketing activities.
n Create and manage Zoom & Microsoft Teams meeting/webinar links.
n Coordinate webinars and prepare registration & attendance reports.
n Provide basic L1 support for laptops, desktops, software, and connectivity issues.
n Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
n Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational reports.




n Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
n n Required Skills
n n 2+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Operations, Back Office Operations, or IT Support.
n Good knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, AI Platforms.
n Basic knowledge of Windows, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, and MS Office.
n Valuable communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
