Job Description About the Role
n We are seeking a visionary and seasoned Design Head to lead our Interior Architecture vertical, focused on corporate office interiors. This is a strategic leadership role that combines design excellence with team mentorship and high-level client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp design eye, strong execution mindset, and proven experience delivering end-to-end corporate workplace solutions across diverse scales.
n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Design Leadership
n • Establish and uphold the overall design direction and quality benchmarks.
n • Guide and review design teams to ensure alignment with client vision, concept integrity, and creative excellence.
n • Solve complex design challenges with a clear and innovative approach.
n 2. Strategic Client Engagement
n • Engage with CXOs, business heads, and senior stakeholders to understand their goals, culture, and aspirations.
n • Present design strategies and narratives with confidence and clarity.
n • Build long-term partnerships through impactful delivery and client trust.
n 3. Team Management & Mentorship
n • Lead and inspire a team of architects and interior designers.
n • Encourage a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.
n • Define and implement team workflows, review systems, and design protocols.
n 4. Project Oversight & Quality Assurance
n • Oversee multiple workplace projects from concept to completion.
n • Conduct design reviews, material audits, and on-site quality checks.
n • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and design specifications.




n 5. Innovation & Trends
n • Stay ahead of global design trends, sustainable practices, and technology in workplace design.
n • Promote research-based and data-driven design solutions.
n • Champion the integration of user experience and well-being into design thinking.
n 6. Coordination & Collaboration
n • Collaborate with BD, project management, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
n • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to align vision and execution.
n Qualifications & Skills
n • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
n • 7-9 years of hands-on experience in corporate office interiors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
n • Strong design portfolio demonstrating project ownership, creativity, and functional solutions.
n • Proficiency in design and visualization tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
n • Deep knowledge of workspace ergonomics, sustainability, and compliance codes.
n • Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
n • Proven ability to manage teams, juggle priorities, and deliver under pressure.
