Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Back Office/Coordination role
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email communication preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
- Handle data entry, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Prepare reports, statements, and other routine office documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors,



and other stakeholders.
- Manage emails, phone calls, follow-ups, and routine correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and updated company records and databases.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the team.
- Ensure smooth functioning of routine office operations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities are essential.
