Hiring for a Client - ekincare

We are looking for a senior Enterprise B2B Sales Leader with deep experience selling employee health benefits, wellness, group health insurance, and healthcare solutions to corporate customers. The role will own enterprise revenue growth across the West Region, with a strong focus on new business acquisition, CXO engagement, and sales team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Enterprise Business Growth
- Own annual sales targets and drive predictable enterprise revenue growth across the West Region.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and large enterprise accounts.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate customers through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Personally drive and close strategic enterprise deals.
- Develop account strategies for high-value prospects and expansion opportunities.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing enterprise accounts.





CXO & Enterprise Relationship Management
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Advantages Heads, Total Rewards teams, CFOs, CEOs, CIOs, and Procurement leaders.
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand employee healthcare and benefits requirements.
- Position healthcare and employee benefits solutions as strategic business and workforce initiatives.
- Build long-term executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand client challenges around group health insurance, OPD, wellness, preventive healthcare, benefits utilization, and healthcare costs.
- Develop customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops, executive presentations, business cases, and ROI discussions.
- Partner with internal teams to create commercially viable and differentiated solutions.
