Role Description This is an on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with client organizations, and promote the company’s IT recruitment and staffing services. Responsibilities include researching target markets, generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role also involves collaborating with the recruitment team to align client requirements with available talent, tracking sales activity, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting revenue and growth targets. The Business Development Executive will regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and business expansion.
