nRole Purpose
nThe Director – School of Business and Commerce shall provide academic, administrative, and operational leadership for the School. The role is responsible for driving excellence in teaching, student outcomes, faculty performance, industry engagement, research contribution, accreditation readiness, and institutional growth. The Director shall work closely with the Dean to execute the School's strategic vision while ensuring high academic standards and industry relevance across all programs.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Academic Leadership & Program Management

- Lead the academic administration and day-to-day functioning of the School.n
- Ensure effective delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs.n
- Monitor curriculum implementation, academic quality, examinations, and learning outcomes.n




- Drive continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes and academic excellence.n

n2. Faculty Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop faculty members within the School.n
- Promote a culture of academic rigor, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.n
- Support faculty recruitment, induction, performance management, and capability development.n
- Encourage research, consulting, industry engagement, and scholarly contributions.n

- Monitor student progression, retention, academic performance, and overall student experience.n
- Strengthen mentoring systems, experiential learning, and student engagement initiatives.n
