nAbout the Role -
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Billing to oversee billing, quantity verification, reconciliation, contractor/vendor payments and commercial documentation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction billing, rate analysis, BOQ, BBS, contracts and reconciliation, with sound knowledge of applicable IS Codes.

- Control, review and verify contractor/vendor bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved BOQs, work orders and contractual terms.n
- Verify billed quantities against actual executed quantities and ensure accurate quantities are considered for payments to SC/PRW/contractors.n
- Review and reconcile billed quantities vs. quantities paid to identify discrepancies and prevent overbilling.n
- Ensure timely reconciliation of materials received, consumed and accounted for at project sites.n




- Prepare and review RA Bills, Final Bills, Material Reconciliation Statements and Quantity Reconciliation Statements.n
- Verify measurements, MBs, site records and supporting documents before processing bills.n
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Contracts, Procurement, Finance and Site teams for timely bill certification and payment processing.n
- Prepare and formulate work orders and contracts, including quantities, rates, scope of work, terms and conditions.n
- Review BOQ, rate analysis, deviations, extra items and variation statements.n
- Ensure proper documentation and approval of extra items, substituted items and deviation statements.n
- Monitor contractual provisions related to billing, recoveries, deductions, retention, advances, security deposits and other commercial terms.n
- Conduct regular reconciliation of contractor accounts, material consumption and project quantities.n
