Project Manager (PM) – Customer Delivery
Role Overview
As a Project Manager in the Customer Delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering
multiple customer implementations and/or larger, more complex insurance customers. In
addition to owning delivery outcomes, you will help scale delivery excellence by managing
complexity, mentoring Associate Project Managers, and driving consistency across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery outcomes across multiple customer implementations and/or large, complex
customer engagements
- Act as the primary escalation point for customers and internal teams, managing risks,
scope, and delivery challenges
- Lead complex customer interactions to shape requirements, delivery approach, and
implementation strategy
- Oversee project planning and execution across projects, ensuring timelines, quality
standards, and customer expectations are met
- Mentor and guide Associate Project Managers on delivery execution, client handling, and
risk management




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across customer delivery, including adoption of AIenabled tools and processes
Required Skills and Experience
- 6–9+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or customer delivery roles
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and/or large, complex client
implementations
- Solid stakeholder management skills, including senior client leadership
- Deep ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and cross-project dependencies
- Strong understanding of enterprise software delivery;
insurance or insurtech experience
strongly preferred
- Ability to influence delivery strategy and contribute to AI-driven delivery transformation
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in P&C; insurance or insurtech
- Experience managing or mentoring project managers
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum
